High Definition

We are very pleased to advise you that Infinity Video Productions
will be able to offer you the option of having your wedding day
filmed using the very latest in technology, High Definition video.
IVP will be using the very latest Sony HD cameras which record in
1080i High Definition format (1920 x 1080), also known as Full HD.
High Definition video produces outstanding picture quality, up to 4
times better than Standard Definition video.

To view High Definition video, you will require an HD Ready TV
and a player capable of producing High Definition signals, such as
a Blu-ray Disc player (i.e. Playstation 3).

You may not currently have such equipment, but it is likely that any
TV you buy now or in the future will be HD ready. Currently no
affordable recordable video Blu-ray Discs exist, but they are
expected sometime in 2010. You will, of course, be married for a
very long time, so we understand that you would want the best
quality recording modern technology can provide, in order that you
can enjoy your recording for many years to come.

Therefore, IVP is offering you the chance to have your wedding
recorded in HD and when technology allows (2010), provide
you with a High Definition Blu-ray disc of your wedding day. In the
meantime, we will still provide you with two widescreen Standard
Definition DVDs (taken from the HD master) to enjoy whilst
technology catches up!
